Remember that slap Evelyn's assistant gave Jen last week? Well now she's slapped with a case!
Florida authorities have filed a misdemeanor battery charge against Nia Crooks, who is accused of slapping Jennifer Williams in the face.
The Florida Attorney General’s office brought the charge two days after Williams filed a lawsuit against Nia Crook. According to the reports, Jen is suing Nia for unspecified monetary and punitive damages.
Jen's lawyer says she,
“will continue to fully cooperate with the prosecutors in regard to this matter”
Nia is accused of belting Williams Jan. 21 at the Gulfstream Park race track in South Florida — while cameras for the VH1 show were rolling. Nia, who lives in East Harlem, has not been arrest but sources say will have to surrender.
