Could her divorce to Ashton be taking a toll on her?
It has been reported that Monday late night, Demi Moore was rushed to a Los Angeles area Hospital for treatment of substance abuse and exhaustion.
"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,"her rep said in a statement.
"She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

*Ashton Kutcher didn't seem mto miss a beat while Demi was rushed to the hospital...he was allegedly partying Tuesday in Sao Paulo, Brazil at a Bruno Mars concert and a nightclub.
*Sources are reporting that Demi Moore was doing "whip-its" before being rushed to the hospital with seizure-like symptoms!
A friend at the scene told emergency workers that the ailing actress had actually inhaled a dangerous amount of nitrous oxide before collapsing from, as her rep described it, "exhaustion".
