Despite all the "fake baby-bump" rumors and reports that she already had her baby.... Beyonce and Jay-Z's new baby girl is here!
Saturday night (January 7, 2012) about 10:30pm the news came in that Beyonce gave birth via C-section to a baby girl, Ivy Blue Carter.
Blue Ivy Carter, we love it. Blue is Jay's favorite color, which he has branded as "Jay-Z blue".... and IV is the number four, which we know means a lot to Beyonce and was also the title of her last album.
The name is not totally confirmed but most sources say Jay-Z has told friends this.... although, some reports say her name is actually Ivy Blue.
Rihanna didn't say the baby's name, but did let the world know the news by sending out a Tweet....
"Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih."
Reports say that Beyoncé & Jay-Z, paid more than $1.3 million to rent out an entire fourth floor of New York's Lennox Hill Hospital to have the baby. Word is, Beyonce checked in under the alias, “Ingrid Jackson” and had all staff shut down cell phones in preparation of the birth.
What's next for Beyonce, Jay-Z and little Ivy? ... Reports said the couple original purchased a home in Miami to raise her...but then ending up selling it. However, Jay-Z did buy Beyonce her very own private island, off the shore of Florida, on her birthday last year... so maybe they will spending time raising the baby there?
Jay-Z allegedly dished out $20,000,000 for this island. Must be nice!

Jay-Z and Beyonce released a joint statement officially announcing the new baby girl...
“Hello Hello Baby Blue! We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012.”
“Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support."
