With 135 ballots submitted by AP’s members of editors and broadcasters around the country, majority found Lady Gaga to have had the “most influence on entertainment and culture in 2011.”... Thus naming her the Entertainer Of The Year.
Gaga beat out fellow artists like Taylor Swift and Adele, and other pop culture figures like the Harry Potter cast, Charlie Sheen, and Apple founder Steve Jobs.
