Even though it may have seemed that Kobe learned his lesson after the whole rape/ sexual assault scandal and cheating on his wife and mother of his children, Vanessa years before........ but sources say it never stopped!
Sources say Vanessa is fed up with Kobe and felt he may have been unfaithful.
"She's been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she's finally had enough. This one is the straw that broke the camel's back."So earlier this month what did Vanessa Bryant do? She filed for divorce from Kobe! Citing "irreconcilable differences." The divorce document says the couple will share both physical and legal custody of their daughters, Natalia, 8, and Giana, 5.
And guess what? NO pre-nup!
So that means 29-year-old Vanessa is entitled to half of the Kobe empire!
And remember that $4M dollar ring he gave her the last time he was caught cheating? She gets to keep that as a gift!
In a statement released by their publicist, the couple said....
"We ask that in the interest of our young children, and in light of the upcoming holiday season, the public respect our privacy during this most difficult time."
UPDATE: Kobe has already moved out of the couple's Newport Coast mansion.
There's also a nasty rumor going around that Lamar Odom may of had something to do with Vanessa finding out Kobe cheated. Did Lamar tell Khloe and she spilled the beans...and that's why Lamar got cut???? We're not sure how much of that is true but it's floating around out there...
