Damnnnnnn, must be nice!

Well-renown Radio/Television Personality and "Shock Jock" has decided he would actually judge "America's Got Talent".....but only would do for 10 Million bucks....a season!

The producers — including Simon Cowell, who created the series — opened their bank vault to snag Stern, whose profile has dipped since he moved his radio program to satellite.

Howard Stern told TMZ 20 million was too little amount for him but one knowledgeable insider said the radio star would be paid $10 million per season, making him the highest-paid judge on the "AGT" panel. NBC declined to confirm or deny that figure.

Stern will be replacing CNN host Piers Morgan, alongside Howie Mandel and Sharon Osbourne. Shooting will start in February most likely will air summer of 2012.

On Monday Stern invited AGT judge Sharon Osbourne to his radio show telling her to get ready for some changes,
"You and Howie will learn how to behave. And we'll structure that show differently."

This should be interesting!
