Prosecutors say a key witness who testified against Michael Jackson's physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, has disappeared without a trace. Tim Lopez, a former pharmacist in Las Vegas, has apparently moved out of the country and cannot be located for this month's involuntary manslaughter trial.
In January, Lopez testified at a preliminary hearing that he shipped a total of 15 liters of the powerful anesthetic, propofol, to Murray in the months before Jackson's June 25, 2009 death.
So with him not there could Murray get off??
Two hearings are scheduled for next week to determine whether Lopez's previous testimony can be used during the trial.
Hopefully MJ gets a fair trial :/
